Otzki Coaching is a uniquely progressive Neuro Subconcious Performance Pyschology approach to how we learn things within the sporting motion.

Created from a journey as a young boy driven by desire through the emotional joy motion sports created in becoming a successful Professional sportsman in varying sports.  Football.  Powerboat Racing.  Watersports.  Golf.  Enabled in time to release a unique coaching insight living within a location that opens my creative thoughts releasing the wisdom gained through the long hours of intense practice each sport required.

Where top sports phycologist are governed by there procedural university learning trying to get sportsmen to quiet their minds thoughts and emotions, I know by applying both mental and physical expertise you need to pay attention to your thoughts and emotions if you truly wish to live happy successful sporting lives.

Otzki Coaching is a knowledge of an undeniable link between the mind and body.

​

The pathway that the mind and body use to communicate with each other is the chemistry of emotion.

​

The chemicals in question are molecules, short chains of amino acids called peptides and receptors; they are believed to be the 'bio-chemical correlators of emotion'.

​

The peptides can be found in your brain, but also in your stomach, your muscles, your glands and all your major organs sending messages back and forth.

​

This is how your subconscious links to your conscious to interact with its own superhighway of information in the body.

​

The cells are eavesdropping on our thoughts every second of our lives.  So our emotions have a deciding influence on our health course towards our actions when confronted with the sporting motion we want to execute.

Optimal experience is when one is in the understanding of the sporting motion being the part of 'Consciousnesses Responsibilities' towards there rolls in executing the thoughts for muscle reflex motions, thus resulting one to receive a flood of neuropeptides elevating our mood to happiness.

When you are then made aware these chemicals are also in communication to our immune system, so perfecting the progressive Otzki Coaching technique will give one a healthy opportunity for how it stimulates the emotions we are feeling and the emotions to follow the thoughts we think.
